16 I’m not ashamed of the good news, because it’s the power that God uses to save everyone who has faith… first the Jew, then the Greek. 17 This is how God’s righteousness is being demonstrated, both [to those who are] out of the faith and [to those] in the faith. It is written, ‘The righteous will live by faith.’

18 God’s fury is being displayed from heaven against all the ungodliness and the badness of men who unrighteously try to resist the truth, 19 because, whatever can be known about God already shines among them. God made it shine to them. 20 For His invisible things, which include His eternal power and might, are known and can be clearly seen in everything He has made from the world’s creation onward, and that leaves [them] without any defense.
